Head of Strategic Partnerships

Job description

  • Acquisition of new, large enterprise partnerships including banks, insurers and data sources
  • Own and lead the transition from pilot to production with specific partners, while further developing the relationship
  • Engage with and be responsible for contacts across key contacts up to C-suite of potential and current partners
  • Build and grow your own team of Business Development Managers
  • Identify partners’ key needs and perform gap analyses along with HandEX core competencies for efficient project tailoring and setup 
  • Lead internal stakeholder management to achieve project delivery, working closely with product development teams and C-Level
  • Improve further product and system development through ongoing feedback to internal stakeholders

Job requirements

  • Education from a top-tier university, technical background preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in top-3 consultancy with a focus on FIG (ideally trade finance or credit insurance), enterprise tech company or a relevant fast-growth startup
  • Track record of engaging with C-level execs
  • Experience with data science products, insurance or other slow-moving industry preferred
  • Native-level fluency in German and English, with high proficiency (B2 or higher) in a third language a strong plus
